Users of our SAFECALL personal alarm devices have immediate, discrete access to our GuardianMPS  technology. Monitoring Station personnel are on hand to help resolve your panic alarms. When the device is activated, the monitoring station receives the alarm, along with background audio and your location. If emergency help is required, the local police department will be dispatched to help.
